- Identity & contact (name, phone, e-mail, address): to conclude the contract, deliver and invoice.
- Order & transaction data: performance of the contract, records, support.
- Payment: processed by licensed payment institutions (PayTR in Türkiye, Stripe for international cards); card data is never stored on our servers.
2. Legal Bases
Processing is based on performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligations (6(1)(c)) and legitimate interests (6(1)(f)). Marketing e-mails are sent only with your separate consent.
3. Transfers
Data is shared with carriers for delivery, payment institutions for payment, and authorities where legally required. As the seller is established in Türkiye, your data is processed in Türkiye with appropriate safeguards.
4. Retention & Your Rights
Data is retained for the statutory limitation periods, then deleted or anonymised. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to the e-mail above. EU/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
