Withdrawal & Returns Policy
This page is the general template. The copy tailored to your order (products, total price, shipping cost, payment and delivery details) is shown at checkout, attached to your order e-mail and stored with your order in your account.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK)
You may withdraw within fourteen (14) days of the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the goods, by an unequivocal statement to [email protected] or the postal address above. Reimbursement (including standard delivery) is made within fourteen (14) days via your original payment method; we may withhold it until goods are back or proof of return is provided. Return the goods within fourteen (14) days to: BOSTANCI MAH. BAHÇELERARASI SK. ÇINAR APT. NO:23 İÇ KAPI NO:7 KADIKÖY/İSTANBUL - TÜRKİYE. You bear the direct cost of returning international orders.
2. Hygiene Exception
Hair extensions, hairpieces and wigs are sealed for health and hygiene reasons; the right of withdrawal does not apply once the seal or packaging has been opened after delivery. Unopened, sealed products can be returned within the period. Custom-made products are also exempt.

4. Other Destinations
Outside the EU/UK, mandatory local consumer rights apply; unsealed hair products cannot be accepted back for hygiene reasons anywhere. Contact us before returning any item.
