2. Prices and Taxes
[Prepared per order: products, quantities and totals appear in your order copy.] For deliveries outside Türkiye, prices are exclusive of Turkish VAT; import duties, customs fees and local taxes of the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
3. Payment and Delivery
Orders are placed with an obligation to pay (“Order and Pay”). Goods are dispatched within the preparation and transit times stated on the product page and delivered within thirty (30) days at the latest. Risk passes on delivery.
4. Right of Withdrawal
EU/UK consumers may withdraw within fourteen (14) days of delivery without giving a reason — see the Withdrawal & Returns Policy for the procedure, the model form and the exceptions, including the hygiene exception for unsealed hair products.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
