Wholesale Hair Extensions for Salons
How wholesale ordering works
There is no separate catalogue or hidden price list. On the product page you choose the tip type, texture, length, colour, strand weight and pack size, and the price updates with every choice. On hair extensions the discount applies itself once the pieces on a product line pass the tiers: 5% from 400 pieces, 10% from 800 and 15% from 1,500. The current tiers are shown in the “Discounts for high-quantity orders” table on the product page.
This page is written for salons outside Turkey that order regularly: the product families, how pricing and shipping work and how to order. Prices are shown in US dollars once you choose your delivery location at the top of the page.
Why salons buy from us
- The same hair from one source. All our extensions, clip-in sets and bulk hair are 100% human hair. The tip type changes, the hair does not. Once a client likes a shade and texture, you reorder it with the same code.
- Five tip types on one colour chart. Keratin tip, micro bead, butterfly, weft and tape-in come in the same 21 colours and the same sizes. When your client’s method changes, you do not search for the colour again.
- A price that falls with quantity. The tiered discount is shown on the product page and applies itself in the basket. No negotiation, no waiting for a quote, no e-mail traffic.
- Shipped from Istanbul by DHL Express. Orders leave our own stock with an export invoice; the shipping cost appears in the basket once you choose your delivery location.
- Shade matching for your client. Send us a photo of your client’s hair through the contact page and we suggest the shade group, the nearest code and a second option for your method.
Product range for your salon
Every product on our site is chosen along six axes: tip type, texture, length, colour, strand weight and pack size. For a salon the point is that these axes sit side by side on one page and every combination goes into the basket at its own price. The whole range is summarised below.
Hair extensions
- Tip types. Micro bead, keratin tip and tape-in can be filtered on the hair extensions page. Butterfly and weft are chosen on the same products.
- Texture. Straight/natural or permed/curly.
- Length. 50 to 90 cm. 50 or 60 cm for shoulder length, 70 cm and over for waist length.
- Strand weight. 0.6, 0.8, 1.0 and 1.2 g. A fine strand hides the bond on fine hair, a thicker strand on dense hair.
- Colour. 21 colours in five shade groups, each its own product page: platinum tones, brunette tones, black tones, highlighted tones and ombre tones.
- Pack size. Packs run from 25 to 500 pieces. Different packs of the same product can go in one order.
Clip-in hair extensions
For a client who does not want a permanent method or is trying extensions for the first time, clip-in sets are the quick option. 3-piece, 5-piece, 8-piece and 9-piece sets and the one-piece half-moon come in 50, 60 and 70 cm, in the same colour codes as the extensions. The set type sets the weight; the 8-piece set comes in 150, 170 and 200 g. See all models on the clip-in hair extensions page.
Bulk hair
Untipped bulk hair in bundles is sold by the kilo in five shade groups: black, brunette, platinum, ombre and red tones, 62 colours, 50 to 90 cm. Salons and workshops that prepare their own strands, wefts or clip-in sets buy bulk hair; the price on the product page is for 1 kg. For a length or colour you cannot find in the catalogue, write to us and we will tell you whether it can be supplied.

How to build salon stock
You do not need every tip type in every colour. A small but working opening stock can be built from what our customers actually order. The suggestions below come from our own observation and will vary with your salon’s clientele.
Which tip types are asked for most?
The most frequent size is 50 cm in platinum tones, 50 to 100 pieces, with keratin tip and micro bead leading among tip types. Clients who want no heat or glue ask for micro bead, those who want a quick application ask for tape-in. Weft is preferred for full lengthening on dense hair. For a start, the trio of keratin, micro bead and tape-in covers most salon requests.
Which colours should be in stock?
Most colour questions gather around five codes. #613 Bleach Blonde in the platinum family, #1B Natural Black in the black family, #2 Dark Brown and #4 Chocolate Brown in the brown family and #8 Light Brown in the light brown family are asked for most. For clients with highlighted or ombre hair, highlighted blonde or ombre strands look more natural than a single colour. Natural hair is never one flat shade, so keeping two neighbouring codes together makes blending easier. All codes are shown on the product pages.
Strand weight and piece count
The same 100 pieces weigh 60 g with 0.6 g strands and 120 g with 1.2 g strands. Choosing the strand weight closest to your client’s own hair and then setting the piece count to the goal gives a better result than fixing the count and playing with the weight. 50 to 100 pieces for volume and 150 pieces and over for full lengthening are the common ranges. The pack and weight table is on each product page.
Ordering, payment and shipping
Order steps
- Open an account or sign in. Your order history and address book are kept in your account, which makes reordering the same combination easy.
- Choose your delivery location. Pick your country from the language and delivery selector at the top of the page. Prices then show in US dollars without Turkish VAT, and the shipping cost appears in the basket.
- Make your choices on the product page. Every combination goes into the basket as its own line, so different colours and lengths can go in one order.
- See the discount in the basket and pay by card. The tier is worked out from the pieces on each product line and taken off the total. Write your address in Latin letters with the postcode and a phone number with the country code; DHL uses it for delivery.
Payment and invoice
You can pay with an internationally enabled credit or debit card; payment is taken in US dollars over a secure payment gateway and your bank converts it at its own rate. Sales to addresses outside Turkey count as export, so prices are shown without Turkish VAT and an export invoice travels with the parcel. Requests for a lower amount on the invoice are not accepted.
Shipping, delivery and customs
Orders ship from Istanbul by DHL Express and are handed to DHL on business days. Until our live DHL rates go online, international shipping is a flat 35 USD per order whatever the quantity, added in the basket once you choose your delivery location. Several products in one order travel together, so combining them is cheaper than separate orders. The estimated transit time is shown in the shipping options panel on the product page for your location; time held at customs is not included. Import duty, import VAT and the carrier’s customs handling fee in the destination country, if any, are paid by the receiver and are not part of the order total. When your parcel is handed to DHL you receive the tracking number by e-mail.
Shade matching for your client
Send a photo of your client’s hair taken in daylight through our contact page, and tell us you are a stylist and which method you will use. We reply with the shade group, the nearest colour code and a second option, the strand weight and a piece range. The service is free and does not require an order.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to apply for wholesale prices?
No. An account is enough. The discount tiers are the same for every customer and apply themselves in the basket by quantity.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Hair extension packs start at 25 pieces and a single clip-in set can be ordered. The discount starts from the tiers shown on the product page: 5% from 400 pieces, 10% from 800 and 15% from 1,500.
How is the discount worked out?
The tier is worked out from the quantity on each product line in the basket. Buying a high quantity of the same colour and size reaches a tier faster. Different combinations are separate lines, so their quantities are not added together.
Can I get a sample kit?
We do not offer a sample kit for now. If you want to see the hair before a larger order, write to us and we will suggest the smallest pack of the shade you have in mind.
Does the same colour code arrive in the same shade every time?
Packs with the same code are sorted against the same colour chart. As it is real hair, small differences from strand to strand are possible, which makes it blend more naturally. For a sensitive client, buying two neighbouring codes together is the safe route.
Can I put different colours and lengths in one order?
Yes. Every combination goes into the basket as its own line and the order ships as one parcel with one invoice.
Will you help me choose a shade for my client?
Yes. Send a daylight photo of your client’s hair through the contact page and tell us the method you will use; we reply with the nearest code and a second option by WhatsApp or e-mail.
Do you sell untipped bulk hair?
Yes. Bulk hair is sold by the kilo in five shade groups, 62 colours and 50 to 90 cm; see the Bulk Hair category. The price on the product page is for 1 kg.
I am not a hairdresser. Can I order for a beauty studio or a wig workshop?
Yes. The wholesale terms are not limited to hairdressers. The same tiers apply to beauty studios, hair design studios and wig workshops.
Which countries do you ship to and what does shipping cost?
We ship by DHL Express to every country in the delivery location selector, including the UK and the EU. Shipping is a flat 35 USD per order until live DHL rates are in place; import duty and taxes, if any, are paid by the receiver on delivery.
