Who are the black tones for?
There are two blacks, and knowing the difference makes the choice easier. #1 jet black is as dark as dyed black, while #1B natural black has a slight brown undertone and blends better with undyed black hair. If your own hair is dyed black, choose #1, and if it is naturally black, choose #1B. The strands are 100% human hair. If you want volume or length on black hair, this is where you start.

How many pieces are enough?
We do not give a fixed number, because the result depends on your hair density and the volume you want. Most of our customers buy 50 to 100 pieces for volume and 150 or more for full length. Fine hair looks more natural with 0.6 to 0.8 g strands, thick hair with 1.0 to 1.2 g. If unsure, show a lock of your hair to your stylist.
Can it be coloured, does it take heat?
Yes. As 100% human hair it can be coloured at a salon, and darkening a light shade is safer than lightening it. There is no synthetic blend, and it withstands blow dryers, curling irons and straighteners. The ends are full, with none of the thinning known as rat tail. Sulphate free shampoo, two to three washes a week and a braid before sea or pool water sum up the care. Micro bead and keratin strands can be refitted with proper care.
